Return at Watsons Vietnam
Return Requirements
We always strive to deliver products in good condition and as ordered. Returns & refunds will be considered in cases such as:
- Defective product, wrong model, wrong size, wrong color, or missing items compared to the order.
- Expired product.
Please contact our Customer Service via Hotline 1900 989 877 before sending items back. Return request deadline: 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return Process
- Scan the QR code or visit Watsons Vietnam’s return instruction page.
- Call Customer Service to confirm the return conditions.
- Pack the product intact (labels, tags, packaging, gifts if applicable).
- Send the product to Watsons Vietnam warehouse at the following address:

Return Conditions
- Products must be intact with original labels, unused, and in original packaging.
- Orders with gifts: gifts must also be returned unused and with original labels.
- Not applicable for opened/used products, underwear, or razors.
- For Click & Collect: if an internal defect is found after pickup, contact Customer Service within 14 days & present receipt.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. For COD, a bank account is required.

Notes:
- Refund time may vary depending on the bank.
- Refund amount = product value at the time of purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- No refund for values from vouchers, eVouchers, or reward points used.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Orders paid fully with membership points or eVouchers.
- For returns by post, refunds are only issued after the warehouse confirms receipt, not at the store.
- Watsons is not responsible for any losses or costs if returned items do not meet the required conditions.

How to Return / Refund on Shopee
If you purchased Watsons Vietnam products on Shopee, please follow these steps:
- Go to the "Me" tab on the Shopee app.
- Select "My Purchases" to view your orders.
- Choose the order you want to return.
- Tap "Request Return / Refund".
- Select the product(s) and reason for return.
- Upload photos/videos as evidence if required.
- Fill in the necessary details (note, email, return method) and submit the request.
Shopee will review your request within 2 days and notify the result. If approved, send the product back as instructed (via drop-off point or pickup service).
Notes:
- Record a video when packing as evidence if needed.
- Keep track of app notifications & email to avoid missing updates.
How to Return / Refund on Lazada
If you purchased Watsons Vietnam products on Lazada, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Lazada account on the app or website.
- Go to Account → My Orders → View All Orders.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Tap Return / Refund or Manage Order.
- Select the product(s) & reason for return.
- Fill in refund details or exchange option (if available).
- Choose return shipping method (drop-off point or pickup service).
- Tap Submit Request, then pack securely, label, and send back as instructed.
Notes:
- Applicable only for delivered orders still within the return period (7 – 30 days depending on product).
- Lazada usually covers the return shipping cost.
