Shopping at Watsons is quick and easy with just a few simple steps:

1. Log in or register for a Watsons account on the Website or Mobile App.
2. Browse products and add your selected items to cart.
3. Select your preferred delivery or collection option: Home Delivery or Click & Collect at a Watsons store.
4. Enter delivery details or select your preferred store for collection.
5. Apply a promo code, if available.
6. Choose a payment method.
7. Complete your order and track its status under My Account.

Delivery & Collection Options

Home Delivery – Standard

• Free shipping for orders from VND 249,000.
• Shipping fee for orders below VND 249,000: VND 19,000 within Ho Chi Minh City; VND 49,000 for other provinces/cities.
• Estimated delivery time: Ho Chi Minh City: 1–3 working days; other provinces/cities: 3–7 working days.

Click & Collect at Store – Standard

• Free of charge.
• Order online and collect your items within 3–5 working days at your selected Watsons store.

Home Delivery – Express

• Delivery within 3 hours, subject to location availability. Exact timing will be shown at checkout.
• Free shipping for orders from VND 249,000.
• Orders below VND 249,000: VND 19,000.

Click & Collect – Express

• Free of charge.
• Collect your order within 2 hours after order confirmation.
• Available for selected stores and eligible products only, as displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds for Online Orders

Eligible Return Cases

• Incorrect or missing items compared to the order.
• Expired products.
• Products damaged during delivery.

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• All gifts, vouchers, and promotional items, if any, must be returned together.
• Refunds will be processed within up to 30 working days after inspection and approval.
