1. How to Shop on Watsons.vn

Shopping at Watsons is quick and easy with just a few simple steps:

• Log in or register for a Watsons account (Website or Mobile App).
• Browse products and add them to your cart.
• Select your preferred delivery or collection option:
  • Home Delivery
  • Click & Collect at a Watsons store
• Enter delivery details or select your preferred store for collection.
• Apply a promo code (if available).
• Choose a payment method.
• Complete your order and track its status under My Account.

2. Delivery & Collection Options

• Home Delivery – Standard
  • Free shipping for orders from VND 249,000.
  • Shipping fee for orders below VND 249,000:
    • VND 19,000 within Ho Chi Minh City
    • VND 49,000 for other provinces/cities
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Ho Chi Minh City: 1–3 working days
    • Other provinces/cities: 3–7 working days
• Click & Collect at Store – Standard
  • Free of charge.
  • Order online and collect your items within 3–5 working days at your selected Watsons store.
• Home Delivery – Express
  • Delivery within 3 hours, subject to location availability (exact timing shown at checkout).
  • Free shipping for orders from VND 249,000.
  • Orders below VND 249,000: VND 19,000.
• Click & Collect – Express
  • Free of charge.
  • Collect your order within 2 hours after order confirmation.
  • Available for selected stores and eligible products only (displayed at checkout).

3. Payment Methods

Watsons Vietnam offers a variety of secure and convenient payment options:

4. Promotions & Watsons Club Membership

• Apply promo codes directly at checkout.
• Earn Watsons Club points:
  • Every VND 10,000 of eligible spending = 1 point
  • 100 points = VND 5,000 (redeemable online and in-store)
• Points are valid until 31 December of the second year from the earning date.

6. Returns & Refunds (Online Orders)

• Eligible Return Cases
  • Incorrect or missing items compared to the order.
  • Expired products.
  • Products damaged during delivery.
• Return Conditions
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • All gifts, vouchers, and promotional items (if any) must be returned together.
  • Refunds will be processed within up to 30 working days after inspection and approval.

Cases arising after product use (e.g. individual reactions) may not fall under standard return conditions. Please refer here for more details.

7. Order Tracking

• Log in to My Account → My Orders to check your order status.
• Track notifications via Watsons email or SMS updates.
• For Express Delivery (CDE), the delivery partner will provide an estimated delivery time (ETA) and contact you directly based on your location.
