Main Ingredients and Uses:

- The product is suitable for premenstrual women who need antioxidant supplements.

Usage:
- Adults: 1-3 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by your doctor
- Children 6-12 years: Take 1-2 capsules per day (cut the capsule and squeeze the oil inside to mix with milk, juice or cereal) or as directed by your doctor.
- Children 2-6 years: Take 1 capsule per day (cut the capsule and squeeze the oil inside with milk, juice or cereal) or as directed by your doctor.
