Usage:
- Gently press lips on a tissue to remove excess lip balm and create a smooth but not too slippery base for easier application.
- Dip the brush tip into the lipstick and gently swipe it across the lip jar to get the right amount of lipstick.
- Dot the lipstick on the upper and lower lips, then blend the lipstick evenly across the left and right sides with the brush tip or your bare hands to create a perfect 3D effect for the lips.
