The Oral-B Vitality Pro product comes with a 01 (one) year warranty from the date of purchase, based on a valid purchase invoice.
Warranty Scope
1-for-1 replacement warranty for technical defects attributable to the manufacturer, including but not limited to:
Device failure to operate / failure to vibrate
Battery malfunction / failure to charge
Internal component defects due to manufacturing
Exclusions from Warranty
Damage caused by:
Dropping, strong impact, or water exposure contrary to instructions
Improper use, unauthorized repairs, or technical tampering
Normal wear and tear during use
Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice
Consumable accessories (brush heads) are not covered by the warranty

Customer service will verify the product's condition and warranty eligibility.
