Main Ingredients and Uses:

Usage:
- After showering, gently pat skin dry with a soft towel (it is recommended to use the oil while skin is still damp).
- Take an adequate amount of oil into your palm and gently massage it onto the desired area in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes to allow the nutrients to be absorbed into the skin.
