2. Click & Collect Express

• Free of charge, pick up at store within 2 hours after confirmation.

3. Home Delivery

• Free shipping for orders 249,000 VND and above.
• For orders below 249,000 VND:
  • Ho Chi Minh City: 19,000 VND (Estimated delivery: 1 - 3 working days)
  • Other provinces: 49,000 VND (Estimated delivery: 3 - 7 working days)

4. Click & Collect

• Free of charge, pick up at store within 3 - 5 working days.

4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We always strive to deliver products in the best condition and exactly as ordered. Returns and refunds are considered in the following cases:

• Wrong item, size, color, or missing products.
• Expired products.
