Usage:
- Brush your teeth properly after eating and before going to bed
- Brush your teeth according to the dentist's instructions, rinse the toothbrush after use
- Rinse the toothbrush before the first use and after each use. Wet the bristles, take a sufficient amount of toothpaste and brush each tooth area in turn, then rinse your mouth clean
- Use at least 1g of toothpaste for each brushing
- Use a sufficient amount of mouthwash, rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds and spit it out
