Usage:
Open the cap and start drawing a thin line on your upper eyelid from the inner corner and going out toward the outer corner. For a fuller look, you can slowly thicken the line to your desired size. Close the cap after each use.

4. RETURN & REFUND
We always try to make sure that items delivered to you are of a good condition and correct. However, the following types of items can be put up for return and refund request:
