Usage:
How to place the menstrual cup:
- Step 1: Sterilize/disinfect Beucup and wash your hands. Fold the Beucup according to the instructions and keep the cup firmly in the folded state.
- Step 2: Squat in the most comfortable position.
- Step 3: Point the Beucup mouth toward and slowly bring the Beucup inside.
- Step 4: Release your hand when Beucup is in about 2/3 inside, the cup will open at the mouth of the cup will help the cup stick to the vaginal wall.
How to remove the menstrual cup:
- Step 1: Wash your hands.
- Step 2: Relax your body in a squatting position and then gently push (like going to the toilet) to push the BeUCup.
